We want your order to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of your orders within Australia.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During sale periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking information where applicable.

We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on:

We currently only ship within Australia.

Certain large or heavy items may require special delivery arrangements. In these cases, our team will contact you to confirm details.

P.O. Boxes may have delivery restrictions depending on the courier.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
